1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using POOF ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

POOF is a behavioral tracking app that helps users monitor and understand their usage patterns. The app provides logging, progress visualization, and daily guidance to support users who want to reduce or quit.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use POOF. By using the app, you confirm you meet this age requirement and that cannabis use is legal in your jurisdiction. POOF is not available in jurisdictions where cannabis use is prohibited.

4. User Accounts

Account creation is optional. You may use the app without an account.
If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen in the app.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose: personal tracking and self-improvement. You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.
Use the app to facilitate the sale or distribution of any substance.

6. Not Medical Advice

POOF is a self-tracking and awareness tool. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app should be interpreted as medical advice. The app does not claim to treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical decisions.

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of data as described in that policy.

8. Intellectual Property
